Do we need a special Salesforce licence for Agentforce?

Agentforce is available as an add-on to existing Salesforce licences. Pricing is consumption-based (per conversation). We’ll walk you through the licence requirements and cost estimate during the assessment call.

How much data do we need for Einstein to work?

It depends on the feature. Einstein Lead Scoring typically needs 1,000+ converted leads to train effectively. Einstein Forecasting needs at least one full sales cycle of historical data. We assess your data readiness in the first step and won’t recommend features your data can’t support.

How is Agentforce different from a chatbot?
