About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer Lead to own the technical architecture and delivery of our CRM roadmap. In this leadership role, you will mentor a team of developers, collaborate with project stakeholders, and ensure best practices are followed to drive smarter business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce projects.
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Architect solutions involving large data volumes and third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What You Bring:
Excellent client-facing communication and team leadership skills.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Multiple certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer etc. Preferred).
Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integration patterns.
Salesforce Developer Fresher
Location: Pune (On-site)
Experience: 0–1 Year
About the Role:
Are you a recently graduate passionate about cloud technology and coding? We are looking for a motivated Fresher to join our Pune team as a Salesforce Developer. You will undergo hands-on training to learn the ropes of Salesforce development, working closely with our senior architects to build custom applications and automate business processes
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Write clean, maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Participate in daily scrums and contribute to project documentation.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs reported by the QA and UAT teams.
What You Bring:
Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of OOPs concepts (Java/.NET).
Familiarity with declarative Salesforce features (Setup, User Management, automation etc) is a plus.
Salesforce ADM-201 or Platform Developer certification is an added advantage.
Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to ensure our custom CRM solutions are flawless. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, working alongside developers and business analysts in Pune to validate functionality, performance, and user experience before releases go live.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and execute manual/automated tests for Salesforce applications.
Validate configurations, Apex code, and data migrations to ensure data integrity.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Perform regression testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in manual testing; Salesforce testing experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functional areas (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Experience with data validation using tools like Workbench or Data Loader.
Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium/Provar) is a plus.
