Account Engagement is designed for B2B — account-level engagement, lead scoring, and sales handoff. If you’re an ecommerce brand, retailer, or consumer business, Marketing Cloud is the right choice. If you sell to businesses through a sales team, Account Engagement is likely more appropriate.
