Our Services/
Salesforce Implementation

Most Salesforce implementations fail in year one. Ours don’t.

A poorly scoped implementation costs more to fix than it did to build. We’ve seen it dozens of times — rushed go-lives, messy data, confused users, and a CRM nobody actually uses. That’s not a technology problem. It’s a process problem. And it’s exactly what we’re built to prevent — as a trusted Salesforce implementation partner.

At Soham Technologies, we’ve been implementing Salesforce since 2018 as a Registered Consulting Partner and Navigator Specialist. As an experienced Salesforce implementation partner in USA, we bring a structured, battle-tested approach that gets your team live on Salesforce — on time, within scope, and set up to scale.

Salesforce Implementation

Talk to a certified Salesforce architect — no pitch, just honest answers about your project.

Is This You?

  • You’re evaluating Salesforce and don’t know where to start

  • You’ve been sold a licence but have no idea how to implement it

  • A previous implementation didn’t deliver what was promised

  • Your team has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools

  • You’re migrating from HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, or a legacy CRM

  • If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.

What We Deliver

A complete, configured Salesforce environment built around your actual business processes — not a generic out-of-the-box setup. We handle everything: discovery, architecture, configuration, customisation, data migration, integrations, user training, and post-launch support.

You get a Salesforce org your team will actually use — because it was built with them in mind.

Our Implementation Process

We spend time understanding your business — your sales process, service workflows, data landscape, and integration requirements. We ask the questions that most implementers skip.

We design the data model, object structure, automation logic, and integration blueprint before a single field is configured. You see the plan before we build it.

Iterative builds in a sandbox environment. We configure standard features first, then build custom components (LWC, Apex, Flows) only where genuinely needed.

Clean, validated, deduplicated data migration from your source system. We never cut corners here — bad data is the number one reason CRM projects fail post-launch.

Your team tests real scenarios in a staging environment. We fix issues before go-live, not after. Role-based training ensures every user knows exactly how to use their tools.

Supported launch with our team on standby for the first two weeks. We monitor adoption, resolve teething issues, and hand over a stable, documented system.

FAQ

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

For a standard Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementation, expect 6–12 weeks depending on complexity, number of users, data volume, and integration requirements. We’ll give you a project timeline in the scoping call before any engagement begins.

What data can you migrate from our current system?

We migrate Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Activities, and custom objects from virtually any source — HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, Spreadsheets, Access databases, or custom-built systems. We include a full data audit in our discovery phase.

Do you provide training for our team?

Yes — always. We deliver role-based training (sales reps, service agents, managers, admins) in your actual configured environment, not a generic demo org. We also provide recorded sessions and user guides.

What happens after go-live?

We include a two-week hypercare period in every engagement. After that, you can continue with a monthly Managed Services retainer or move to ad-hoc support. We never just hand over and disappear.

We had a bad implementation before. Can you fix it?

Yes — Salesforce re-implementations and org cleanups are a significant part of our work. We start with a free Health Check to assess what’s there, what needs fixing, and what can be salvaged before recommending a path forward.

What does it cost?

Every implementation is scoped individually — we don’t believe in fixed-price packages that cut corners to meet a number. After a free consultation, we provide a detailed statement of work with transparent line-item pricing.
